About the Role
We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented Field Sales Executive based in Pune to expand our market presence in the medical equipment sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals across Pune and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Territory & Client Coverage: Map, visit, and engage doctors, private clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals across assigned zones in Pune.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct in-person product demos, highlight key clinical features, and present the technical & financial value of our medical equipment.
Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from cold prospecting and lead generation to price negotiation and deal closure.
KOL Engagement: Identify and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers in the local medical community.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new clinic/hospital setups in the Pune region to identify new opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain daily visit logs, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts using our CRM tool.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven field sales experience in medical devices, medical equipment, or pharmaceuticals selling directly to doctors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Pune healthcare landscape, key medical hubs (e.g., Kothrud, Deccan, Hadapsar, Chinchwad, Pimpri), and local hospital networks.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler/vehicle for daily field visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
