AI Integration & Process Specialist
Location: Lucknow India
Reports to: Head of Operations / Founder
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on AI Integration & Process Specialist to join our team and take ownership of embedding AI into our day-to-day business operations. This is not a strategic advisory role — you will be the person actually doing the work: identifying manual, repetitive tasks across the business, designing AI-powered solutions to replace or streamline them, and implementing those changes yourself.
What You'll Do
- Audit current workflows across departments to identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes suitable for AI-driven automation
- Design and build AI-based solutions (using tools like Claude, Claude code, custom scripts, RPA tools, etc.) to replace manual tasks
- Pilot new AI processes with relevant teams, gather feedback, and iterate before full rollout
- Own end-to-end implementation — from identifying the opportunity to deploying the working solution
- Train team members on new AI-powered workflows and ensure smooth adoption
- Document new processes, including how they work, what they replace, and the efficiency gained
- Continuously monitor for new AI tools and capabilities that could benefit the business
- Track and report measurable efficiency gains (time saved, cost reduced, errors eliminated) from each integration
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience implementing AI tools or automations in a business setting (not just using AI tools personally, but building solutions for others)
- Strong working knowledge of AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation/integration tools (e.g., Twilio, Vapi, API interrogations, and AI Coding )
- Comfort with basic scripting or no-code/low-code tools to build practical solutions
- Strong process-mapping skills — able to break down a manual workflow and see where AI fits
- Excellent communication skills to work across departments and train non-technical staff
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable identifying opportunities without being told exactly what to fix
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
- [Insert years of experience requirement]
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Prior experience in a small/mid-sized company where you wore multiple hats
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, you will have mapped key manual processes across at least the departments in search of inefficiency's that team members have and piloted your first AI-driven process improvement. Ongoing, you'll be expected to deliver a steady pipeline of automation wins that reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
