- Resource & Budget Administration: Oversee the allocation of nursing supplies, manage department budgets, and ensure cost-effective utilization of hospital equipment.
- Policy Implementation: Translate hospital administrative policies into actionable procedures for ward sisters and staff nurses.
- Discipline & Grievance: Address staffing issues, mediate conflicts, and conduct performance evaluations for the nursing team
