Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow optimization techniques.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and use cases.
- Ability to design and implement continuous process monitoring and feedback systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
