Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AM /Deputy Manager – HR to manage 50% Talent Acquisition (primarily nursing recruitment) and 50% HR Generalist responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for nursing and hospital staff.
- Manage sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR policy compliance, statutory requirements, and HR documentation.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, HR records, and support daily HR operations.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Master's in HR.
- 5–8 years of HR experience in a hospital, with strong exposure to nursing recruitment and HR generalist functions.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
