Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience in industrial products. Candidates having knowledge of UPS, Servo Stabilizers, Inverters, Batteries, or Power Backup Solutions will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in UPS, Servo Stabilizer, Inverter, Battery, Power Electronics, Electrical Products, or Industrial Sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
