Job Summary
We are looking for a 1-3 yrs experienced Sales Assistant to support our sales team in handling customer inquiries, managing leads, and assisting with daily sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in daily sales operations
- Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain customer records and sales data
- Follow up with potential customers and leads
- Help in preparing sales reports and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Support in achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, Email, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Sales or customer service experience
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English
