Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will work remotely and must be based in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Follow up for interview feedback and offer closures
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR
- Must be based in Delhi
- Should have a personal laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection for remote working
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
