Core Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Examine patients, run rounds in wards or ICUs, and create safe treatment plans.
- Team Supervision: Guide junior resident doctors and medical students, reviewing their case notes and daily work.
- Emergency Response: Handle urgent cases, lead shift duties, and step in when junior staff need help.
- Medical Records: Keep accurate patient charts, sign off on treatment histories, and complete discharge or death summaries.
Requirements and Skills
- Qualifications: Hold a postgraduate medical degree (like MD, MS, or DNB) in a specialized field.
- Licensing: Maintain a valid registration with the state medical council or national medical board.
- Leadership: Lead medical teams and make fast, clear choices during critical care.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
