Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the US market. The role requires a highly motivated sales professional who can independently generate leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling services to international clients, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the US market
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business challenges
- Present service offerings and develop customized solutions based on client needs
- Prepare proposals and commercial discussions in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Consistently achieve revenue and business development targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Work closely with internal delivery and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account growth
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Consultative Sales
- Proven experience selling services to US-based clients
- Strong lead generation and outbound prospecting experience
- Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue goals
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and modern sales tools

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
