ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Development Executive, you will support revenue generation through app advertising sales, partnership acquisition, and strategic collaborations. You'll identify and engage potential brands, advertisers, merchants, and platform partners, helping monetize our app's growing user base through banner ads, coupon integrations, affiliate partnerships, gaming collaborations, and other digital advertising solutions.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll build a strong sales pipeline, close partnership opportunities, manage existing accounts, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building client relationships, and growing within the digital advertising and app monetization ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to brands, advertisers, merchants, affiliate partners, and agencies.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities across fintech, gaming, e-commerce, coupons, cashback, lifestyle, travel, and other emerging verticals.
- Pitch and sell app advertising inventory including banner ads, native placements, embedded links, coupon integrations, affiliate campaigns, and promotional partnerships.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms such as CPA, CPI, CPM, CPL, and revenue-sharing models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities from lead generation and client meetings to proposal sharing and deal closure.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and partner integrations.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners while identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, prepare pipeline reports, and support revenue forecasting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, digital advertising solutions, and emerging app monetization opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Advertising Sales, Partnerships, Media Sales, Affiliate Marketing, or B2B Sales within consumer apps, fintech, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, pipeline management, and achieving sales or revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Exposure to selling digital advertising solutions, affiliate partnerships, or app monetization products is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising formats such as banner ads, native ads, affiliate links, and monetization models including CPA, CPI, CPM, and revenue sharing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Tech, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipelines, and client interactions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience working with fintech, gaming, digital media, ad-tech, or consumer internet platforms.
- Existing network with brands, advertising agencies, affiliate partners, or merchants.
- Familiarity with campaign performance tracking, digital marketing metrics, and partnership analytics.
- Experience selling app inventory, digital media solutions, or performance marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
