We are seeking a technically proficient and target-driven Technical Sales Manager (RO, WTP,STP & ETP Capital Equipment) to spearhead our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for selling medium-to-large-scale Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). You will manage complex, high-value B2B engineering sales cycles by consulting directly with plant owners, infrastructure developers, and consulting engineers to deliver sustainable water recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Equipment Sales: Drive sales of industrial and commercial RO systems, ultrafiltration units, and STP/ETP plants to achieve revenue goals.
- Technical Consultation: Evaluate client water analysis reports, raw water characteristics, and discharge norms to suggest ideal plant designs (e.g., MBR, MBBR, or SBR for STPs).
- EPC Proposal & Bidding: Collaborate with our internal design and engineering teams to prepare techno-commercial quotes, detailed cost estimations, and formal tender bids.
- Consultant & Contractor Mapping: Build and leverage relationships with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, civil contractors, and environmental architects to get our systems pre-approved for upcoming projects.
- Value-Based Selling: Conduct technical presentations for corporate clients, detailing lifecycle costs, energy efficiency, water recovery rates, and ROI metrics.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage long-cycle negotiations, payment milestones, and project hand-over terms with corporate procurement heads.
- Pipeline Management: Track and report on multi-month project pipelines using internal CRM software.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven track record in B2B project sales, specifically dealing with industrial water treatment plants (RO/STP/ETP).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of water filtration technologies, membrane systems, wastewater biology, and environmental compliance regulations.
- Network: An existing network of connections among industrial facility managers, real estate developers, and MEP consultants.
- Skills: Expert-level presentation skills, command over engineering terminology, and solid project-financing comprehension.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
