What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across Corporate, HORECA, Retail Chains, Modern Trade, General Trade, Distributors, and Institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while driving revenue growth.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) for proposal writing, market research, sales planning, reporting, and productivity.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate AI into daily sales activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
