Job Description:
The Vice President (VP) – Business Development will drive revenue growth, lead strategic client acquisition, and manage the sales function holistically. This role requires consultative selling, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. This is a role which comes with leadership accountability and measurable impact, along with the responsibility for scaling business growth and guiding a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and execute business development strategy aligned with revenue targets
· Own the sales funnel ensuring strong pipeline and conversion
· Team Building and Management.
· Drive high-value client acquisition and lead negotiations
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships
· Develop revenue forecasts and track performance
· Analyze pipeline health and improve conversion rates
· Lead proposal strategy, pricing, and commercial structuring
· Ensure CRM governance and reporting accuracy
· Accountability for collections and receivables
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Drive partnerships and growth initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIS):
· Revenue achievement vs target
· Conversion rate and conversion cycle time
· Average ticket size
· Team productivity metrics
· CRM hygiene
· Collection efficiency
· Client retention
Skills & Competencies:
· Fundamental understanding of CRM tools
· Fundamental understanding of real estate (RERA preferred)
· Commercial acumen and deal structuring

Additional Information:
· Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for all job functions, including sales
techniques, CRM management and internal procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
· 4-6 Years in B2B or real estate sales
· Proven revenue track record
· Team handling experience preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
