The Placement Training Head is responsible for preparing students for campus placements by designing and delivering training programs that enhance employability skills, technical knowledge, and interview readiness.
- Plan, organize, and oversee placement training programs for students
- Conduct training sessions on:
- Aptitude (Quantitative, Logical, Verbal)
- Soft skills (Communication, teamwork, leadership)
- Resume building and interview techniques
- Coordinate with the Placement Cell to understand company requirements
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized guidance
- Arrange mock interviews, group discussions, and assessments
- Invite industry experts for workshops and seminars
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports
- Ensure students meet eligibility criteria for campus drives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of aptitude training and recruitment processes
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and mentoring skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in HR, Management, or relevant field)
- Experience in training, teaching, or placement-related activities
- Certification in soft skills or aptitude training (optional but preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in training / placement / HR roles
- Prior experience in educational institutions is an added advantage
