Eligibility
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and basic site execution.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Kerala.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project specifications.
- Learn and support project planning and execution activities.
