Role Overview
We are looking for a creative Interior Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics to transform interior spaces. You will handle everything from initial space planning and color palettes to material sourcing and final staging, ensuring spaces are both beautiful and functional.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Design: Develop mood boards, color schemes, 3D renderings, and spatial layouts based on client briefs.
Material Sourcing: Select and source furniture, lighting, flooring, fabrics, and wall treatments.
Technical Drawing: Create precise floor plans, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
Site Supervision: Visit sites to oversee installations, track progress, and ensure design compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: [X] years of experience in [Residential / Commercial / Retail] interior design.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools.
Core Competencies: Strong spatial awareness, excellent material knowledge, and polished client-handling skills.
