POSITION: Product Training Executive
Job Summary: The Product Training Executive is responsible for conducting product training programs for employees, beauty advisors, and sales teams to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, grooming standards, and customer service. The role also supports field teams in improving sales performance and ensuring brand standards are maintained across all locations.
JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Train Beauty Advisors / Sales Staff on product features, benefits, usage, and selling techniques.
- Provide on-floor training and guidance to improve sales conversion.
- Educate staff on brand standards, grooming, communication, attendance and customer handling.
- Assist the Beauty Advisors in achieving monthly sales targets through effective product knowledge support.
- Demonstrate product application and usage methods to BA’s and customers when required.
- Monitor BA’s daily activity, sale Performance, Grooming, and Attendance.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance feedback reports.
- Travel to stores / counters / branches for training and field support.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company training modules across locations.
Skills Required:
- Strong Ingredient and Product knowledge training ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of sales techniques and retail operations.
- Knowledge of grooming and customer service standards
- Ability to motivate and guide employees
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi (Mandatory), Additionally preferable (Kanada and Malayalam)
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations confidently
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Beauty, or a related field.
- Additional certification or experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or product training will be an added advantage Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in product training / beauty training / retail sales training
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
