Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager ensures a positive work environment and aligns HR strategies with the organization's business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
- Develop performance improvement plans where necessary.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Organize leadership and skill development initiatives.
- Monitor employee development and career progression.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll inputs, employee benefits, and incentives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
HR Operations
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
