About the Role
Reinvent Digital is looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Head to lead our social media vertical, drive brand growth, and deliver exceptional client results. This role requires expertise in social media strategy, team management, creative productivity, client retention, and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the social media team, ensuring high performance and seamless execution
· Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with client objectives
· Lead client pitches, strategy presentations, and campaign planning discussions
· Drive creative productivity by ensuring high-quality content and campaign output
· Oversee content strategy, brand positioning, and platform-specific growth plans
· Manage P/L accountability for the social media vertical
· Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term client retention and account growth
· Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
· Collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams
· Identify opportunities for upselling and scaling accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and leadership roles
· Strong expertise in team handling and people management
· Proven experience in creative productivity management
· Hands-on experience with P/L ownership
· Excellent client retention and account growth skills
· Strong pitching and presentation abilities
· Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics
