Project Manager – Civil Construction & Landscape
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects with a focus on landscape works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for civil and landscape construction works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is progressing as per specifications and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders for regular project updates and approvals.
- Manage documentation including drawings, permits, and daily/weekly reports.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing civil and landscape projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
