Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits and build strong relationships with market influencers in both private and government/PSU sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, references, and field visits. Maintain a structured database of key stakeholders and decision-makers.
2. Sales Funnel Management
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for both private and government clients.
- Track leads from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate funnel data and regularly update CRM or tracking systems.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
* Generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Prepare and submit quotations based on client requirements.
Convert leads into hot leads and ensure effective closure strategies.
4. Order Acquisition & Revenue Generation
Achieve targets for orders received from both private and government sectors.
Drive catalogue-based sales, ensuring higher volume and repeat orders.
Focus on improving the overall order conversion rate.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily/weekly activities including calls, visits, and conversions. Analyze funnel performance and identify gaps in conversion.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and revenue generated.

- Number of new calls/visits to market influencers
- Sales funnel growth and progression
- Number of leads generated and converted into hot leads
- Order conversion ratio
- Performance in catalogue sales
- Payment realization rate within 90 days
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹63,000.00 per month
