Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our expanding team . You will be the engine driving our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads for our advanced CX technology solutions within the India Market. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the tech sales landscape in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify decision-makers in target Indian companies fitting our CX ICP through research.
- Use cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and social selling to generate interest.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales team.
- Track activities, leads, and interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects, share relevant resources, and nurture non-urgent leads.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and feedback to inform strategies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align efforts and share insights.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development for tech or SaaS products
- Understanding of CX, Contact Center, CRM, or Enterprise Software markets; experience selling in these domains preferred
- Consistently meet or exceed lead targets and quotas
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation (Outreach, Salesloft), and MS Office
- Strong research, cold calling, email writing, and active listening skills
- Organized, time-efficient, self-motivated with a hunter mentality
