Bakery Associate – Bakery Production & Customer Service

Role Overview
Support daily bakery operations and handle customer-facing tasks for a premium cookie brand.
Key Responsibilities
Bakery/Production
- Assist in dough prep, portioning, baking, and packing cookies
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (FSSAI norms)
- Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging
- Support with basic quality checks (weight, appearance, packing seal)
Customer Service
- Handle walk-in customers, orders, and queries at the outlet/counter
- Respond to WhatsApp/Instagram/phone orders and questions
- Take and pack orders accurately for pickup/delivery
- Coordinate with delivery partners for dispatch
- Maintain basic order/customer records
Requirements
- Prior experience in bakery, F&B, or retail preferred but not mandatory
- Basic spoken Hindi/Marathi/English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, basic billing, and order-taking apps
- Punctual, hygienic, willing to work weekends
- Local to Nashik, able to commute daily
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
