Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service workshop.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service and repairs.
- Monitor workshop productivity and technician performance.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues effectively.
- Achieve service department sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure proper job allocation and workflow management.
- Monitor spare parts availability and coordination with the parts department.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and staff training programs.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Prepare service reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure warranty claims are processed correctly.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth dealership operations.
Required Skills:
