Exp: 2-5 years
Education: Any graduate
Preferred Industry: General insurance (Motor Background) or Broking
Roles :
1. Sales managers has to recruit, train, and manage sales agents, and drive Motor Insurance business through the agency model in assigned state / Region / Territory
2. Increase the Agents / POSP numbers and sales in assigned territory
3. Work collaboratively with Operations team, Recon team, to ensure seamless operations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with POSP / Agents, including assisting with quote, policy Issuance, renewals and resolving queries.
