Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Ability to coordinate and lead a small team to ensure timely project completion.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools beyond common platforms such as ChatGPT (e.g., tools for content creation, design, automation, research, analytics, and branding).
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the ability to optimize campaigns using analytical thinking and manual decision-making—not solely AI recommendations.
- Excellent planning, time management, and the ability to deliver projects within deadlines.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, designers, developers, and management.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (spoken and written preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CMS-based website management (content updates, banners, blogs, landing pages, etc.).
- Good understanding of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Business Profile
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads Manager
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports.
- Creative mindset with a strong focus on branding, lead generation, and business growth.
