Job description
We are looking for Department Manager level of candidates for our expansion in Pune, India & Mexico locations.
The department includes Plastic Injection Moulding, Supply Chain, Process Quality.
Brief of each Roles & responsibilities are
Plastic Injection Moulding
- Manage injection moulding operations and process improvements.
- Monitor product quality during moulding operations.
- Support troubleshooting activities related to moulds, machines, and production issues.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality requirements
Supply Chain
- Coordinate procurement activities for raw materials (plastic polymers, leather), consumables, and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.
- Support cost reduction and sourcing improvement initiatives
Quality
- Ensure implementation and adherence to IATF quality management systems and standards.
- Run end to end quality department with focus on process quality
- Handle customer complaints, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality documentation and reporting systems.
- Support continuous improvement activities for product and process quality.
Note that
- These roles require you to travel to international locations frequently.
- Need experience in handling team of 8-10 people
- Candidate should have experience with products including interior-exterior plastic parts such as air vents, cup holders, arm rests, dash board.
- English fluency is mandatory for these roles.
- Having international exposure is an advantage.
