The Operation Head is responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the overall operations of the organization. The role ensures smooth functioning of all departments, achievement of business objectives, operational efficiency, process improvement, cost control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across all locations.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes and SOPs.
- Monitor operational performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
2. Business Planning & Execution:
- Prepare operational plans aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve business targets.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business performance and recommend improvements.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and workforce utilization.
- Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.
4. Process Improvement:
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Standardize processes across all departments and locations.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
5. Financial & Cost Control:
- Monitor operational budgets and expenses.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Ensure optimum utilization of company resources.
- Support management in profitability improvement.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor operational risks and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain safety, security, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors when required.
7. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Track KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Present periodic reports to senior management.
- Analyze data and suggest strategic actions.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
