About The Role
The Mainstage Productions is looking for a talented and imaginative 3D Designer with experience in the events and exhibition industry. The ideal candidate should have strong creative visualization skills and the ability to design engaging event environments, stage concepts, exhibition stalls, and branding elements that align with client expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into visually impactful experiences and can work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative 3D concepts for:
- Corporate Events
- Exhibitions & Trade Shows
- Brand Activations
- Product Launches
- Stage & Set Designs
- Conferences & Award Functions
- Develop:
- Event layouts and stage designs
- Stall and booth concepts
- Venue branding visuals
- Presentation mock-ups and realistic renders
- Production-friendly design solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Interpret client briefs and convert them into visually compelling concepts.
- Prepare high-quality renders and presentation visuals for approvals.
- Assist with site visits and execution support whenever required.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining creative standards.

Additional Skills
- Good understanding of event production and fabrication materials
- Knowledge of stage setup, lighting, and branding elements
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in event design or exhibition design
- Prior experience with event management or production companies preferred
- Strong presentation and visualization capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
