Roles:
1. Coordinate with the Clients and Followup regarding the Shipment Delivery Status
2. Coordinating with the particular Service Centre or HUBs to ensure the delivery
3. Report Preparation
4. Customer Handling
5. Mailing the Head for Daily reports
