Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Project Management and delivery ownership
- Team Management and stakeholder coordination
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project workstreams
- Strong client communication and reporting skills
- Project planning, tracking, risk management, and resource allocation
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Sciences domain
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Pharma, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related industries
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certification would be an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
Pay: ₹1,513,364.82 - ₹3,546,674.22 per year
