Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring company revenue goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments
- Handle key client negotiations and deals

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales management
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
