Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process – International)
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹27,000 CTC for Freshers
- ₹32,000 CTC for Experienced Candidates
- Incentives up to ₹8,000
Shift & Working Days:
- 24×7 Rotational Shifts
- 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Offs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate with 6 Min of BPO experience or Graduate fresher
- Excellent English communication skills mandatory
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries through calls
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide accurate information related to homestay services
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
