Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive international business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across global markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with an understanding of international trade practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, trade shows, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct product presentations and sales negotiations with international customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and customer support to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales, export sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Understanding of international business practices and export procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling clients from North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, or APAC regions.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and international logistics.
- Ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Additional foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
