Job Title: Machine Shop Assembly Fitter
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Shop Assembly Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and maintaining mechanical components, machines, and equipment as per engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and complete machines according to drawings and specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet production targets.
Report defects, shortages, or technical issues to the concerned department.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and fitting operations.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.
Educational Qualification:
ITI (Fitter / Turner / Machinist)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
10th Pass / 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience can also apply.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with a minimum 2 years of experience in machine assembly, fitting, or machine shop operations will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
