Role Overview
BrightChamps is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Academy Operations Executive to strengthen our demo operations team. This role involves ensuring smooth execution of demo classes, coordinating with teachers
across international time zones, and supporting new part-time teachers during their onboarding journey. The
executive will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the first point of contact for new part-time teachers during their initial 45 days (or first conversation), ensuring smooth onboarding and successful demo delivery.
● Schedule, track, and monitor demo classes, addressing challenges as they arise.
● Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and keep slot information updated.
● Escalate issues to senior team members when required and follow through until resolution.
● Support operational reporting, data entry, and maintenance of daily trackers.
● Share timely updates with managers and team leads to enable informed decision-making.
● Collaborate with peers to ensure seamless execution of demo operations across regions.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers welcome to apply).
● 0–3 years of experience; prior exposure to EdTech is an advantage.
● Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
● Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Detail-oriented team player with a problem-solving mindset
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
