About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will assist in scaling our clients’ digital presence, generating leads, and improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Support in managing Google Ads including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Help in creating and optimizing LinkedIn Lead Gen & Awareness Ads.
- Contribute to running and analyzing YouTube Ads for brand awareness and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Track daily campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
- Understand and apply A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good understanding of keywords, targeting, and audience behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
- Certification in Google or Meta Ads (optional but preferred).
