Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team at organization . This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to support customers and onboard retailers, resolving queries efficiently, and driving product adoption and sales conversion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and experience using CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound calls from customers and retailers to resolve queries related to company's EMI schemes, upgrade offers, payment process, and app functionality.
● Outbound calls to follow up with potential customers or inactive retailers and assist them through the transaction, onboarding and activation journey.
● Assist retailers in document verification and registration, coordinating with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to resolve any gaps.
● Maintain and update customer records, onboarding status, and call outcomes accurately in CRM systems.
● Address escalations raised by field teams or customers and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation.
● Clearly explain company's EMI offers and product features, and convince customers
● Share daily or weekly reports highlighting call volumes, resolution status, escalations, and customer feedback with the Program Manager and Retail Head.
Required Skills & Experience
● 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales roles.
● Proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism.
● Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
● Prior experience with CRM tools, lead management, and documentation practices.
● High ownership attitude, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in fintech, smartphone financing, or EMI-based sales.
● Exposure to B2B customer support or telesales environments
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
