Position : Senior Executive HR
Location : Mumbai
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate with department heads and management for workforce planning and HR support
- Manage HR projects related to process improvement and organizational development
- Support implementation and administration of HRIS and LMS platforms
- Assist in change management initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Monitor HR processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency
- Maintain HR records, reports, and employee data
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments for HR-related activities
- Stay updated with HR trends, tools, and industry best practices
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and HR operations
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR analytics
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in HR operations/generalist activities
- Candidates with knowledge of HR systems and employee management preferred
