- Sourcing & Attraction: Identify potential candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster), social media, employee referrals, and niche professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, draft accurate job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the logistics of scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring panels, providing a seamless candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and finalising employment contracts.
