Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales/admission counselling

Industry Exposure Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English Experience in Outbound Tele Sales and Admission Closure Must have worked on dialer systems Strong counselling and convincing skills Industry knowledge preferred
Job Role
- Guide students about various courses and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries and leads received from calls, chat, walk-ins, or online portals Respond to student queries related to courses, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students or prospects Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling.
- Update student records, enquiries, and follow-ups in the system or CRM.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work towards admission targets and conversion goals
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
