Role Purpose
The Property Operations, Documentation & Compliance Executive will support property-related operations, legal documentation, and record management, while also assisting in monitoring and resolving cyber-related payment issues linked to customer POS / scheme collections. The role requires strong documentation and coordination skills to liaise with legal teams, banks, government authorities, and internal departments. The candidate should also be capable of preparing official documentation and correspondence in both Tamil and English.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Preliminary Due Diligence
- Conduct preliminary verification of property documents prior to lease or acquisition.
- Collect and review basic ownership documents such as title deeds, EC, patta, tax receipts, and approvals.
- Coordinate with legal teams for verification and legal opinion.
- Identify and escalate potential legal risks in property transactions.
2. Property Procurement & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparation and execution of lease agreements, rental agreements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate document execution between landlords, legal advisors, and internal management.
- Maintain proper documentation records for all properties.
3. Site Visit Coordination & Internal Approvals
- Coordinate property site visits for internal teams and management.
- Maintain records of site inspection reports and approvals.
- Track status of property proposals and internal approvals.
4. Rental Agreement Monitoring
- Track lease agreements, renewal dates, lock-in periods, and rent escalation timelines.
- Coordinate with landlords and management for timely lease renewal or amendments.
- Maintain rental agreement trackers to avoid delays or penalties.
5. Property MIS & Documentation Tracking
- Maintain Property MIS including lease terms, property details, and documentation status.
- Update property trackers and ensure accurate data records.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
6. Coordination with Lawyers, Landlords & Authorities
- Coordinate with external lawyers for document review and legal verification.
- Liaise with landlords, brokers, and consultants for property documentation.
- Prepare, submit and follow up on documentation with Sub-Registrar Offices and Revenue Authorities for registration including MODT and other legal documents.
7. Legal Document Repository Management
- Maintain both physical and digital repositories of property and legal documents.
- Ensure proper indexing, filing, and safe storage of documents.
- Digitize important documents and ensure easy retrieval for audit or legal purposes.
8. Cyber Risk Coordination & Case Resolution
· Handle customer complaints related to scheme collections and advance payments made through POS machines, UPI, or other digital payment channels.
· Collect and review transaction details and coordinate with internal teams for verification of disputed transactions.
· Coordinate with banks, payment gateway providers, and internal departments for resolution of payment disputes and transaction-related issues.
· Compile and maintain transaction records, supporting documents, and relevant information in connection with cybercrime complaints.
· Liaise with cybercrime authorities, banks, and legal teams during investigation and follow-up processes.
· Track the progress of cybercrime complaints and actively coordinate with authorities and banks to facilitate resolution and recovery of disputed amounts wherever possible.
· Maintain proper records and trackers of cyber incidents, fraud cases, and resolution status for management review and compliance purposes.
9. Documentation & Typing (Tamil and English)
- Prepare official letters, legal documentation, and reports in Tamil and English.
- Draft applications and documentation required for government offices and banks.
- Assist in preparing cyber complaint documentation and supporting records.
- Maintain digital copies of typed documents for internal records and audits.
- Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of all documentation.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in law / commerce
- Knowledge of property documentation and legal records preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in property documentation, legal coordination, administration, or similar roles.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
