Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom environment
- Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Maintain student records and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress
- Participate in school events and celebrations
- Work collaboratively with the center head and team
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Preferred)
- Prior preschool teaching experience is an added advantage
- Freshers with a passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply.
- Passion for working with young children
- Patience, creativity, and positive attitude
Required Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good organizational ability
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English
- Confident communication with parents and children
- Basic computer knowledge
