We’re looking for an AI Engineer who can build, integrate, and scale intelligent systems across our design and business workflows.
This is not a traditional engineering role—you’ll work at the intersection of AI, automation, and creative industries, helping us rethink how architecture and design operate in an AI-first world.
Role Overview
As an AI Engineer, you will design and deploy AI-powered systems that enhance concept generation, visualization, and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and leadership to turn ideas into scalable tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Systems Development
- Build and deploy AI-driven tools for design, visualization, and workflows
- Develop and fine-tune models or pipelines using generative AI tools
- Integrate APIs (LLMs, image generation, automation platforms) into workflows
Automation & Workflow Optimization
- Create end-to-end automated systems for briefs, BOQs, and documentation
- Build scalable pipelines using tools like Zapier, Make, and Python
- Reduce manual effort through intelligent automation
Prompt Engineering & Custom Models
- Design and optimize prompt systems for consistent, high-quality outputs
- Develop custom GPTs and internal AI tools for team use
- Maintain prompt libraries and reusable AI frameworks
Data & Intelligence
- Build systems for data extraction, analysis, and insights
- Enable trend forecasting and decision-making through AI models
- Work on space optimization and design intelligence tools
Tech Stack / ToolsAI & Generative
- OpenAI (GPT), Claude, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E
Programming & Frameworks
- Python (preferred), basic scripting for automation
- API integrations & workflow orchestration
Automation & Data
- Zapier, Make.com, Airtable AI
- Notion AI, Gamma
3D / Design (Bonus)
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools is a plus
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or applied AI engineering
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and API integrations
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and scripting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical teams
- Curious, experimental, and fast-learning mindset
