Job Summary
Mahindra Automotive is seeking dedicated and technically skilled Assembly Operators to join the Bolero Pickup Assembly Line at its Kandivali manufacturing facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for assembling vehicle components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting production targets within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of Bolero Pickup vehicle components and sub-assemblies.
- Assemble chassis, suspension, electrical, interior, and body components as per work instructions.
- Operate assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections during assembly processes.
- Ensure compliance with production targets and quality standards.
- Report defects, abnormalities, or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety regulations, SOPs, and manufacturing protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
