Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed according to the approved design, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, lighting plans, and detailed interior working drawings.
- Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and lighting.
- Prepare joinery details, BOQs, and interior specifications.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Monitor project progress and provide design support during execution.
- Resolve design-related issues on site and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–3years of relevant experience in interior design and architectural projects.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or other rendering software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Strong space planning and technical detailing skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
