What Laiqa is
Laiqa is a clinical PCOS protocol delivered on WhatsApp. Not another diet app. Not a supplement brand. A doctor-supervised, evidence-backed lifestyle protocol that has helped 998 women see real symptom reversal — irregular periods regularising, hair fall reducing, acne clearing — in weeks, not years.
The standard of care for PCOS in India today is: a 10-minute gynaecologist visit every six months and a metformin prescription. We think that's not good enough. So we built something that works every day, not every six months.
The role
We're building Laiqa's presence in the spaces where Indian women with PCOS actually talk to each other — Reddit, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, Instagram comments. We need someone who already lives in these spaces to represent us there.
This is not a "post and ghost" social media job. You will be having real conversations, answering real questions, sharing Laiqa where it's genuinely relevant, and listening to what women are struggling with so we can build better.
You'll also handle posting our daily content — clinical, evidence-backed articles and carousels — across Instagram and LinkedIn.
What you'll do day to day
- Be active in 5–8 PCOS-related communities (Reddit r/PCOS, Indian PCOS Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities) for 2–3 hours daily
- Answer questions authentically, share Laiqa where it genuinely helps — no spam, no scripted responses
- Surface recurring themes, questions, and pain points back to the team weekly
- Schedule and post daily textual content (articles, carousels, clinical insights) across Instagram and LinkedIn using our content pipeline
- Track what resonates — comments, saves, DMs — and flag patterns
