We are looking for a Dynamic and experienced HR to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Address staff concerns and support employee relations.
- Coordinate staff training, performance evaluation and HR activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in MBA HR or a related field.
- 06 Months – 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Hotels .Fresher's can also apply
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
