CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative New Product Development (NPD) Manager from the Paper Packaging Industry who can lead product innovation, manage the complete product lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end new product development initiatives
Develop innovative and cost-effective paper packaging solutions
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality & Procurement teams
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Manage product trials, sampling, and commercialization
Ensure timely product launches within budget
Maintain documentation, compliance & quality standards
Key Requirements:
✔ 7–10 years of experience in Paper / Corrugated / Rigid Packaging Industry
✔ Strong technical knowledge of paper packaging materials & processes
✔ Experience in product lifecycle management
✔ Good project management & leadership skills
✔ Strong coordination and communication abilities
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
